A research for releating satisfaction effect on high level education students dormitory service qualty

The sheltering problems, when achieving university training has great roles on their social, educational and culturel progress on high level educated students who have to survive apart from their hometowns. Students request and expectation is relatively significant for their satisfaction level that get services from the dormitories where their main purpose is to present quality and fruitful services. It has already been known as sources of problems for students due to, crowded room, physical structure of buildings, feeding services, dormitory rules, management-student relations, friendship contacts and economical difficulties. These all troubles effects students satisfaction from dormitory services. This study is aimed fort o define students expectation and satisfaction degree in Kütahya Hüsnü Özyeğin Schoolgirl Dormitory and Kütahya Güzelyurt Schoolboy Dormitory. In this inquiry contents, it has been analysed for satisfaction degrees from the expectations provided by students services, using SPSS 18.0 program applied on 267 students data. In analysee determination, it has been occured that; students satisfaction meets with service quality and in general meanning, students are satisfied from dormitory. Beside these researches, it has been presented suggestions for what dormitories must do, to increase student satisfaction.
