Abstract (EN)
In this study the public diplomacy activities of Turkey and China in Sub Saharan Africa are researched. This study focuses on economic activities and foreign aids of both Turkey and China in Sub Saharan Africa. Both of them benefit from similar activities. However, economic power of these countries determine the scope and intensity their public diplomacy activities. İn addition, while Chinese government is the key actor in implementing these activities carried out within economic and foreign aids, in Turkey case, NGO's are also take role as an important actor
