Abstract (EN)

Optimisation of the Surface networks Nowadays, geodetic networks are designed for the aims of using and optimized for this. As a result of devoloped technological possibilities they are adjusted in geocentric 3D coordinate systems. Up to now, the Land-surface networks have been evaluated as the networks of horizontal and vertical position. New computers and measurements technics (GPS) are made to be required to evaluate the Land-surface networks as integrated. But finally, the networks of the surface which are evaluated as integrated are presented to use in the standarts of clasiccal networks of surface until an optimum data-base is made up. It is not enough to make up the Land-surface only for known standarts. For the reasons, when the networks of surface are designed, at the same time the observation plan and the precision of the observations must be optimized. And then operations of building and measurement must be started after the price of network is discussed again. In this study, after the adjustment model is introduced in 3D coordinate systems used, the subject of optimization of geodetic networks are discussed as theoretical. The adjustment solution of indirect measurements with condition where the functinal model is extented with required condition has been devoloped for the emerging inconsistens in numerical solutions of optimization of weight. In a sample model of the network of surface the operations of optimization were realized and then the results were transformed into the standarts of the 2D Land-surface networks. Finally, the subject of optimum dispersions of the GPS observations which are of new technological products were discussed.Keywords s integrated surface networks, Optimization
