Abstract (EN)
In this age, when corporate business processes are transferred to the electronic environment, monitoring and managing the instant status of software and hardware assets in corporate information systems is of great importance for corporate business continuity. Information system software and hardware are managed using network management software. Since there are many different brands of network devices, software, IoT devices, mobile computing devices, cloud-computing devices, it is an important problem for network management software to monitor and manage all kinds of devices. In this thesis, Zabbix and Grafana, two widely used open source software tools for monitoring and managing corporate networks with a wide variety of IT assets are integrated. While Zabbix provides comprehensive data collection and analysis by monitoring network performance and system components, Grafana provides visualization of this data in a meaningful and easily understandable way. The paper describes how to use these two tools together to address effective enterprise network management. Adding undefined IT assets to Zabbix and visualizing the data from these assets with Grafana is provided and its effectiveness is tested.
