Abstract (EN)

The aim of the study was to investigate of behavior of Zebrafish (Danio rerio, Hamilton 1822) broodstock before and after breeding, production conditions, embryonic development of eggs and larval development at different water temperatures. Broodstocks with an initial average weight of 0.43±0.01g were reached to average 0.62±0.01g in weight at the end of 6-month. The survival rate (SR) was 100%. The average live weight gain (LWG), weight gain ratio (WGR) and condition factor were 0.19±0.02g 49.49±7.71%, 0.85±0.02 respectively. In present study, the three couple of broodstocks were showed reproductive behavior and the average weight of female and male brootstocks were 0.76±0.0g and 0.37± 0.02g, respectively. As a result of the regression analysis between the weights of these broodstocks and the number of eggs was determined to a medium-strong relationship (R2=0.45). The average egg diameters obtained from three couple of broodstock were 1040.30±7.29, 1100.33±9.04 and 1077.52±5.72 µm (p <0.05) and a low strength relationship was found between broodstock weights and egg diameters (R2=0.27). Larvaes with the initially average length of 3869.13±38.45 µm were reached to average 7134.84±190.49µm after 6 weeks. At the end of the study, the growth rates (BOB) of larval lengths were 84.61±5.36%. In this study, the effects of different temperature parameters (A group/24.9°C and B group/26.9°C) on larval growth rates were investigated. Larvaes of A group and B group whose initial lengths of 125.37±38.95 and 4346.06±36.75µm were reached to 273.43±226.01 and 6843.17±106.23µm, respectively. As a result, different temperature parameters were affected the growth of zebrafish larvae and this larvae were determined better growth performance at 26.9°C than 24.9°C (p<0.05).
