Abstract (EN)
Some political and social changes which happened soon after the decease of The Prophet (s.a.v) caused many disagreements to grow at that period. This differentiation became about belief over time by placing within religion and prepared a ground for different sectarians to emerge. One of the groups within this context is Zaidiyya which is a political jurisprudence and belief sectarian. Approach of this sectarian to the issue of takfir (unbeliever declaration) is important since it is close to Shi'a in terms of leadership thought and to Ehl-I Sunnet and Mu'tazila in terms of some belief thoughts. In the first part of the study, the developmental process of the sect has been examined by conducting a research of the birth of Zaidi sect, Zaidi branches and Zaidi faith views. In the second chapter, the concepts of 'faith' and 'takfir' are discussed in general and religious and political reasons which are effective in the coming of the takfir subject are emphasized. Then, in order to better understand the historical background of this concept which was first used by Hawarij, the concept of Takfir in Islamic sects of the early period was researched. Finally, the approach of Zaidiyya sect, which constitutes the main point of the study, to the issue of Takfir is discussed.
