I started this research with an entry in which I translated Imam Al-Nadhar Al-Mu'ayyad Billah Yahya bin Hamzah, the Zaidi who was one of the most prominent Zaydi scholars and imams, and one of those who ruled as imams in their countries, ruling the country and the people, so his status rose, and I had to study the social and scientific life in the time of Imam Yahya bin Hamzah To show its influence and scientific impact. Then I moved on to the research, and in this research I explained the important issues of the imam by defining it and clarifying its concept among the sects, including the Zaydiyyah and the Imamiyyah, and then I explained the saying in the necessity of an imam and what are the qualities considered in the right of the imams, and what is required of them and what is not required, and I showed the discussion In it and the conditions agreed upon and in disagreement with the evidence of each of the two teams, then I moved to the research that includes saying about when the imam becomes an imam, and the doctrines of the belief teams in that and focusing on the Zaydiyyah and the Imamiyyah. In this research, I have shown the disagreement of the Zaydiyyah and the Imamiyyah and the evidences of each team, while mentioning the other sects sometimes. Then I moved to a chapter in which I showed the most correct opinion that I see from the disagreement between them and the statement of the weighting evidence. I also explained the imam's belief in particular in issues of the justice of the Companions, especially the two sheikhs, the preference and leadership of our master Ali, and the necessity of the appearance of the imam and his knowledge. . So I divided the research into two chapters and made chapters under the chapter, chapters below chapters, and chapters below chapters.
