Abstract (EN)
Azerbaijan is one of the countries with the most immigration in the world within its borders. In the massacres carried out by the Armenians against the local people, hundreds of people were driven from their homes and homes, and thousands of children lost their parents. After 1990, a total of 12 regions of Azerbaijan were occupied by Armenians. More than one million Azerbaijanis living in the said regions were also forced to migrate by the Armenians. The Azerbaijani Turks, who were subjected to forced migration by the Armenians, continued their lives in tent cities for a long time under very difficult conditions. As if all this was not enough, even after the ceasefire agreement signed in 1994, Armenians created a line of contact for themselves and shot at civilian living quarters, children and farmers from the occupied areas, causing both civilian and economic losses to the Azerbaijani side. In addition to the occupied territories, the Armenian government made new territorial claims against Azerbaijan in the following years. The Minsk trio formed to stop the bloodshed and ensure peace in the region, Russia, America and France completely failed in this regard. In this study, the difficulties experienced with the forced migration process that took place after the start of the Karabakh War and the policies of the state towards these problems are discussed. At the stage of writing the thesis, firstly the literature was scanned and the data obtained were recorded. Documents and reports belonging to the archives held by international organizations and local organizations on the subject were examined. In general, the problems caused by the forced migration in Kubadlı are diseases, the shock experienced in the process of adaptation to the new settlement area, adaptation to local governments and the region, and economic problems. The solution to these was to provide psychological support, economic aid and social solutions by providing health opportunities. Keywords: Azerbaijan, Karabakh problem, forced migration
