The Qur'an, which was revealed with its unique examples of rhetoric, is a miraculous source that amazes even Arab writers. Scholars who have contributed to his care from the Companions to the present have tried to reach his divine meânings within the sciences of rhetoric and its sub-branches, bedî'î, beyân and meâning. Surah Zumar is the 39th surah of the Holy Qur'an and has great features in terms of the richness and impressiveness of its eloquence. The aim of this book is to publish the analysis of Surah Zümer with Arabic rhetoric. It is aimed to reveal the depth of meâning and strikingness of the verses by examining the meâning of the sura within the scope of science. In the introduction part of the thesis, information is given about the effects of Surah Zümer on the Arabic language at the time it was revealed. Attention is drawn to how the surah stands out with its use of the beauties and eloquence of the Arabic language. After giving information about the surah, general rhetoric explanations were explained. The first parts, isnad and elements, news and construction, kasr, ijaz and itnab arts are explained and exemplified with various verses from the Qur'an. With the detailed analysis in the verses of rhetoric, attention has been drawn to the broad meâning of the Qur'anic language. In the second part, the language structure and style of the surah. It indicates the important points to be considered with the sentence structure, word choice, reinforcements, repetitions, emphasis made according to the situations of îsnad and musnad, introduction and postponement in the sura. In the conclusion part, the Arabic rhetoric of Surah Zümer is evaluated. As a result of these analyzes, it has been stated that the surah has an impressive and fluent style.
