Abstract (EN)

We can summarize as contained Kütahya Ser' iyye record of 105 numared which is fundamental to our study as follows.105 numared Ser' iyye record isn' t the same classiccal Ser' iyye records. This notebook contains the offical appointments which will be assigned in Kütahya and counts where abouts between 1914-1918 years. It reports offical appointments as head clerk, clerk of the count, bailiff, count crier, adviser, regent, count examiner, muftis, notery public, office- boy.The notebook submits partial imformation about offical life in the last years of Ottoman Empire. İn addition they are giving imformation frequent about fees that officials had taken and task changes.Between these dates, the counts are two- levels. Trial counts and count of appeals serve gradually. The counts of appeals serves superior of counts.Key Words: Şer?i, Bidâyet, İstinaf, Offical Law Court
