Abstract (EN)

The concepts of job satisfaction and organizational commitment are important concepts that trigger workplace personnel to do their jobs devotedly and carefully, and determine the quality of their work and therefore the welfare level of the workplace. Health services is a business line that must be done correctly and carefully under all circumstances and is responsible for providing careful and quality service. The two most important factors in keeping employees at work are job satisfaction and organizational commitment. My work area consists of Samsun 112 emergency health services employees. Surveys consisting of "Minnesota job satisfaction scale", "Organizational commitment scale" and "Personal information form" were used. 247 people completed the survey voluntarily. Data were analyzed with IBM SPSS V23. There is a high positive correlation between the overall score of the organizational commitment scale and the overall score of the Minnesota job satisfaction scale (r=0.627, p<0.001). As a result, employees with high job satisfaction increase their belonging to the organization. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the quality of healthcare services that do not accept errors, by taking measures to increase the job satisfaction of 112 emergency workers, specifically healthcare professionals.
