Abstract (EN)
In the Ottoman Empire, the issues discussed in the Divan-ı Hümâyûn were recorded in some books by the clerks under the presidency of the reisü'l-küttab. Among these books, there are also ahkam books. Among the records written in the Ahkam books, there are mainly financial issues. In addition, these books contain complaints of the people, the income of the managers, the decisions about the assignment and repair. The subject of our thesis is the transcription of pages 146 to 223 of the Ahkam Book No. 62, which is classified by Kamil Kepeci, and the document summaries and index.
