Abstract (EN)
In this study, the effects of 8-week Complex Training applied to basketball players on some Physical Parameters, Anaerobic Power, and Basketball Basic Skills Tests were examined and their advantages and disadvantages were compared. In this context, the study consisted of 24 female basketball players, consisting of 12 experimental and 12 control groups, who spent the 2022-2023 season actively playing in the KBBL league, with an average age of 21.15±2.50 and a sports age of 8.5±2, between the ages of 18-23. While the control group was given standard training, the experimental group was given pre-test and post-test by applying the complex training method of 2 training sessions per week for 8 weeks, in addition to the standard training. The standard training of the team was planned to be 4 days a week, and the complex training method was applied to the experimental group in two of these 4 training sessions. As a result, when we look at our study, it has been seen that complex training has a significant effect on the substantial increase in the values between the first and last tests of the study group. It can be said that this training method is effective in improving motoric properties and basketball skills and directly increases the performance of the athletes. The fact that the complex training method used in our study showed its effect in a short time confirms that this method is an effective training method. While the complex training method increases performance efficiency compared to traditional training methods, it offers advantages such as avoiding ordinary training methods and using training time more efficiently by applying two different workouts simultaneously in a single workout.
