People who had been affected on the ideas of the Renaissance in Europe, started to be interested in ancient age art works and looking at ancient work of arts in other countries. At the result of that, archaeological excavations had started at ancient city Efes. Europeans had attracted attention, Anatolia consists of rich ruins from ancient Greece and Rome.
