Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, the political developments in the period between the two world wars, is discussed in terms of communication and visual culture. In the 1930s, the politics of nationalism in Europe and in Turkey, examined the economic crisis suffered due to the change. Why the economic crisis of 1929, especially in Europe has been a major political transformation and the transformation of nationalist racism in Europe, leaving the scene as Turkey, has chosen its own path to a shaft of policy monitoring. This hypothesis, communication and visual culture of the period, and similar items are tested by considering different aspects. Meanwhile, the social life, architecture, cultural life, tried to explain how it was changed.Key Words: Communication, Visual Culture, Nationalism, Economic Crisis
