No 2 Kutahya Court Record's transfering to Latin characters and its assesment

In this thesis, as we have chosen a work item, No 2 Kutahya Court Record will be examined. The record includes archives between the dates of H.1171-1176/M. 1757-1763. In the record, apart from the archives such as paper, decision and heritage journalizing by the cadi, there will be edict, warrant, command which comes from the center and collection of biographies which comes from other cities. In the light of records in question, Kutahya had an important position for supplying meat requirement of the palace, recruitment of fowler and mule and the expenses of the Horse Attendant. In these dates, government officials surcharged the citizens. Some of the privileged class members succeeded at exempting from these taxes. In this period, commerce activities were progressed in Kutahya. There were a great number of people who settled in different cities and being a guest here. In addition to these, Persian, Moscow and Black Person slaves and odalisques residing in wealthy families mansions, increase human diversity in different cultures. The development of commerce activities enabled products, manufacturing at different places, making available at Kutahya houses. A significant number of records were heritage and state's warrants and edicts. This indicates that there were not many problems regarding with the public order.
