Abstract (EN)
The crisis occurred due to various reasons and in terms of countries is a phenomenon that is seen as an inevitable factor. Crisis in developing countries such as Turkey, passing through periods of economic difficulties, but also production companies, employment, exports, imports and many other areas are facing serious problems. Difficulties caused by the crisis that the company owners or directors, the company has to think about the value of the current status or future status. In this study, the effects of the crisis of February 2001 in our country on firm value and what kind of change that creating of the crises on the firm value are discussed.
