Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to determine the level of perception of digital teacher of 4th grade science teacher candidates and science teachers and It is aimed to find out whether it is meaningful in terms of different variables by using Digital Teaching Perception (DÖA) scale. The sample consists of 205 undergraduate students studying in 2017-2018 academic year by Atatürk University Kazım Karabekir Education Faculty Science Education teacher candidates, Erzincan University Education Faculty Science Education teacher candidates and Science teachers working in Erzurum and Erzincan Secondary Schools. The scale used in the study consists of two parts. In the first part, questions were asked to determine the demographic characteristics of the candidates teachers. In the second part, a questionnaire consisting of 35 items on the likert scale which was prepared in order to determine the internet usage for educational purposes was applied to the participants. As for the reliability of the sample, KMO Barlett Test and Cronbach Alpha test were applied. In the analysis of the data, Independent t-test, One-Way Anova and Pearson Correlation analysis were used.According to the findings obtained from the study, a significant difference was found in between the presence of own social network, friendship status in social networks, the presence of a common Whatsapp group and the perception of digital teaching. In addition, a significant positive relationship was found.
