Urban transformation in accordance with the Municipality Law No. 5393 and judicial supervision

In our study, the urban transformation and development studies carried out in accordance with the Municipal Law No. 5393 were examined. In the first part; the definition of the concept of urban transformation, its purpose, types and the history of urban transformation are mentioned. In the second part; an examination has been made on the basis of general legal regulations regarding urban transformation. In the third part; in relation to the urban transformation works carried out within the framework of the Municipality Law No. 5393; zoning plans, subdivision, expropriation etc. applications are mentioned.
