Abstract (EN)

Records of Sharia are the important sources which illuminate the history of Ottoman Empire due to their administrative, political, military and social aspects. In this study we investigated Amasya Sharia Records no 61 which is one of this important records. First Ottoman justice system, Records of Sharia and justification in Ottoman Empire were dealt with for study comprising 1198-1199 years Islamic Calender, 1784-1786 years Chiristian era. Then the summaries and transcription articles of this records were given. The administrative, political, economical and social structures of A- masya, which was a province centre with four districts under Sivas State at the time, were investigated referring to there articles.
