The usage and importance of information techonology for enterprises according to 6102th article of Commercial Law

The developments in the internet and IT helps to communicate and spread out information faster. The developments which caused big changes in lifestyle and transformation, made radical administrative changes in national and international companies and enterprises. This transformation can either naturally come out, orrealised by well planned actions and investments on IT area. IT provides a more effective, more qualified, and more productive space with less expense for Commercial Enterprises.On IT, which we hesitated to use till the recent years, there is important advance with changes in laws. The most recent change in laws is the 6102th article in New Turkish Commercial Law.In the 6102th article, the usage of IT is investigated and its importance for commercial enterprises is mentioned.
