Authorization of the workers' union to conclude collective bargaining agreements under the scope of Law numbered 6356

This study examines the authorization of labor unions within the scope of Law No. 6356. In order to better explain the authorization, the basic concepts related to collective bargaining agreements are included in a limited manner. By conducting a comprehensive literature review and including the decisions of the Court of Cassation, the legal dimension of the authorization process, its importance, the deficiencies related to the process and the ineffectiveness of the authorization process are discussed, and the interpretation and elimination of the deficiencies by the doctrine and the Court of Cassation are examined.
