The primary aim of the thesis entitled Transcription and Index of Antalya Ser'iyye Registry No. 77 (1918-1924) is to bring the register covering the period of 1918-1924 to the literacy. In this thesis, the historical process of the province of Antalya until the Republican Period and the qualifications of the Sharia Registry are given. In the legal process of the Ottoman Empire, the Sharia courts and the Sharia registers played an important role in the bureaucratic field. The path of the study was to translate the source from the Ottoman language, which is the period language, into Turkish, the research language, and in the conceptual sense, to reach the social analysis by going back to the origins of words such as Ser'iyye, Registry and Index. These analyzes have been guiding in terms of the social structure of the period and the sociology of the region which is considered equivalent. In order to observe these changes and to provide first-hand sources of the Ottoman Empire, these documents provided the opportunity to research in a wide range.
