Abstract (EN)

Cooling by the energy produced from the source of fossil is common mostly in modern countries. However this situation is not in common use both fort he majority of population and in the great region of the World. The increasing of population and the decrease in the sources of fossil energy has made both the problem and the possession of the energy much more important. The solar energy which has a great potential for use in its applications has to be considered to produce cold as a low grade thermal energy source. Since the mechanical compression systems need high grade of electrical energy, solar absorption air conditioning and cooling process is an alternative to all. Solar energy is the cleanest and most abundant renewable energy source available, and the Turkey has some of the richest solar resources in the world. Modern technology can harness this energy for a variety of uses, including generating electricity, providing light or a comfortable interior environment, and heating water for domestic, commercial, or industrial use. The purpose of this work is to supply the cooling need by using CLTD method which suggested by ASHRAE for a 72 m2 house in four different village and cosequences are compared each other. Cooling was provided solar energy supply absorption cooling system which used LiBr-water pair of fluid. Thermodynamic and exergy analysis of absorption cooling system was made and first and second rule efficiency of this system and number of required collector were calculated. Besides of this, cost analysis of absorption system was made and compared with classic vapor compressian cooling system inspect of economy.
