Selection of mulberries for suitable and industrial in Adana and districts

In the scope of observations, size, fruit width and height, fruit color, TSS, titratable acidity and pH were measured for table types as for fruit juice types, acen position and fruit juice yield parameters were added toprecedings. 29 mulberry types for table and fruit juice among 56 types were selected by using Weighted Rankit Method. As a result of Weighted Rankit Method; 27 types table (01 Kozan BD/4-805, 01 Balcah BD/5-530) and 2 types fruit juice (01 Balcah KaD/1 ve 01 Balcah KaD/2) were selected. Among the selected types, average fruit weight (g), fruit diameter (cm), fruit lenght (cm), total solible solid (%), pH and titratable acid contents (mg/100 ml) were 2.96-6.42 g,; 1.50-2.10 cm; 2.20-3.43 cm; %9.30-26.2; 2.29-6.21; 0.04-1.31 mg/100 ml, respectively.
