Abstract (EN)
Dairy cow barns in any given region must be designed with the following criteria in mind: climate condition, structural systems, availability of construction material in the region and the management system in question. In this research, existing barns conditions in Adıyaman region have been identifed with the purpose of reaching the most appropriate barn design for the region. It has been concluded that open stables are the best alternative among the other possible choices. Considering weather conditions specific to the area and other barn planning criteria, two open stables barns with different capacities have been suggested and these plans have been drawn.Key Words : Planning of Animal Barn, Dairy Cow Bam, Dairy Cow
