Abstract (EN)

Heavy-ion peripherial collisions cause exploring many physical process at relativistic velocity values, therefore many studying has been done until today. Heavy-ion peripherial collisions at relativistic velocities, which are exposed Lorentz contracted in the direction of moment and very strong electromagnetic field comes into existence at the pole of the ion. This fiels contain many virtual photons. The fields produce vector-boson weak-bosons, Higgs bosons like many particles. When the ions interact, virtual photons interact and make way for producing lepton pairs. Relativistic heavy ion collider (RHIC) and Large Hadron Collider (LHC) are designed to collide the fully ionized heavy ions in center of mass frame with 100 GeV and 3400 GeV energy per nucleon respectively. In this thesies, Au+Au perpherial collisions at ultrarelativistic velocities is examined and the probability and the impact parameter dependent cross section of lepton pairs which are produced thanks to the collisions, are calculated according to RHIC and LHC energy levels.
