Abstract (EN)
This thesis consists of five chapters. In the first section, a general literature review about the normality of linear differential operators on Hilbert spaces is made. In the second section, fundamental informations related to the terms are used in this thesis were given with descriptive examples. In the third section, the relationship between the potential function and the weight function is obtained by using the formally normality condition of the minimal operator generated by the first order linear differential expression in the weighted Hilbert space. In the fourth section, conclusion and recommendations were given.
