Abstract (EN)
Aḥkām al-Ḳurʾān are works of explanatory nature for the understanding and application of religion on a social level. As a matter of fact, these works, which were popular in the traditional period, maintain their importent today. While some of the works written at this point only deal with the verses of judgment, the work of Abū Bakr al-Ḳurṭubī al-Andalusī, on which we will study, differs from other interpretations of judgments in terms of interpreting the entire Qur'an. Therefore, this discussion topic will be discussed through the work of Kurtubî, which is the most comprehensive work of the classical Aḥkām al-Ḳurʾān tradition. In the first part of the study, general information about the interpretation of judgments, al-Ḳurṭubī's life and works will be given. In the second part of the study, topics such as the creation of women, marriage, divorce, religious and social practices are focused on al-Ḳurṭubī 's commentary called al-Câmi' li-Ahkâmi'l-Kur'ân, and from al-Ḳurṭubī 's comments on the justifications of the provisions on women, his interpretation of women. perspective was attempted.
