Abstract (EN)
One of the factors affecting today's working life is burnout syndrome. Freudenberg, explaining the construct in 1974, emphasized mostly on the inner world, deteoriation basing on decrease of energy and power This study determines the level of burnout of medical staff and the variables that are intended to identify the differentiation of burnout levels. In other words, the effect of burnout syndrome on role work family sphere and role conflict is discussed. In the theoretical part of the study, the effects of burnout in health care, the conflicts of Work-Family the concepts of role conflict and role will be explained. Consequently, it is known that burnout syndrome is present very highly in health care. The increasing level of burnout syndrome among health care staff emay lead to serious public problem as a negative consequence for patients.Studies in this area should identify the factors which affect burnout, the issue of health care and coping measures
