Family businesses have a great importance to country economy and world economyat the rate of % 95 family businesses also make significant contributions to countryeconomies on some subjects such as increasing employment, taxes, producing goods andservices, and creating value adding. When family businesses are making thesecontributions, they can sometimes be small businesses and sometimes be world giantswhich can work many countries simultaneously. On the contrary, continuity andinstitutionality are still the most important problems. So guaranteeing the continuity offamily businesses is an important subject.Financial administration, one of the business functions, has come to the present timewith perpetual development. Professional manager, who is responsible for fulfilment offinancial functions, has great assignment of the continuing of the businesses without facingeconomical difficulties. Professional finance manager like other professionals has someproblems too. When the business is a family business these problems get some specialfeature and change. With these problems the conflicts being in the natural process of lifeand business life appear. The fact of conflict exposes different consequences for differentsides. So solution of the conflict and positive consequences has importance for each side.With this aim, at businesses, managers coming from families and professionalfinance managers' conflicts are discussed and in the direction of being conflicts, reasons ofconflicts, their effects and solutions, evaluations are done, in this study prepared as a masterthesis.
