Abstract (EN)

Objective: This study was planned to evaluate the moral well-being of chronic patients who applied to the family health center in terms of some sociodemographic variables. Importance: With this study, it was aimed to diagnose early whether patients are at risk for anxiety and depression. In the literature, while there are examples of studies examining the moral well-being of patients with a chronic diagnosis in hospitals in terms of different variables, there is no study example that evaluates the spiritual well-being of patients with a chronic disease who applied to a family health center. It is thought that determining the moral well-being of individuals with a diagnosis of chronic disease who apply to family health centers can be effective in terms of coping with the negative conditions that chronic diseases will cause. In this study, it is thought that the data obtained as a result of determining the moral well-being of chronic patients who applied to the family health center will contribute to the nursing interventions planned and made to increase the quality of life in the patients followed in the primary care.
