Abstract (EN)
The stages of the formation of family enterprises during of family members about being involved in the management and ongoing there are some problems. Problems in the Professional competences of people who workedin family businesses a family member may cause failure of the staff periodically and just. Nepotizm concept, desinates the behavior of favoritism to family members in the company. Work, particularly non- institutionalized nepotizm about the problems they face in the market betwwn companies who has an important place. The celebrity pro-am commitment and motivation in enterprises in which there is, much of the work has been demonstrated with many research reduced pleasure. Their family business in this study having taken 171 nepotism application user to fill out the questionnaire prepared family-run. The findings will be applied in family-run strategy will contribute to the development of. The results of this study recruitment, determination of pricing policies and fee levels of fair operating conditions with treatments applied to the nepotism.
