Management's constitutional responsibility in terms of protection of family unity

In the first chapter of this thesis on ?Management?s ConstitutionalResponsibility in Terms of Protection of Family Unity?, it was mentionedabout description, functions, quality, variety and importance of family.Furthermore, after indication of legal arrangements about family, the effectsof mass media tools on family institution was examined.In the second chapter, family issues during the urbanization andglobalization process were investigated. The solutions of family issues weredetermined. At this point, management?s constitutional responsibility interms of peace, prosperity of family and especially protection of mother andchildren were discussed and some suggestions were put forward.In general, in accordance with the content of the study, scientificliterature in our country was searched and graduate student?s theses,precedent judicial verdicts and similar puplications were also examined. Inorder to show family issues experienced in the past, official statistics withrespect to family was indicated.Family issues should be identified in the scope of occupational basicsand be solved in the same frame. I wish this study to lead other researcheson the ways of resolutions of family issues.
