Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, a smart storage system design is developed, and the static loads applied to the racks are analyzed using the Finite Element Method (FEM). FEM is a widely used numerical analysis method to evaluate the stress and deformation of structures under different loads. This study focuses on the effects of profile thickness, support point optimization, and material selection on structural performance. The performance of the design was optimized by adjusting the profile thickness and support points, resulting in improved durability of the rack systems. The FEM analyses provided detailed insights into stress concentration and deformation areas in the rack structures. Based on the analysis results, several recommendations were made to enhance the reliability and efficiency of the system.
