Abstract (EN)
In that thesis work triple alloy of Al0.47Ga0.53N in the room temperature, by applying annealing operation at 800, 900, 960 C in 240 second, surface morphology and the change is examined in PL spectrum. After every anneling operation fort he characterization of ally Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) and photoluminenescence (PL) technigues are used. Connected to annealing temperature surface roughening is decreased in a big amount and according to annealing an important increasement is observed.Key Words: AFM, PL, AlGaN, surface, detector
