Abstract (EN)

In this study, FID signals which are obtained by Inversion Recovery technique with andwithout albumin in H2O-D2O solutions were investigated.Measurements were carried out using a 400 MHz AVANCE BRUKER NMRspectrometer. FID signals were obtained from H2O-D2O solutions prepared in specificproportions. Additionally, the effect of puls parameters on the signals were observed bychanging the pulse repetition times. As a result, the Radiation Damping is increased with the increase of H2O amount. TheRadiation Damping is reduced with the addition of albumin. The null point was not observedaccurately in the present of Radiation Damping. In addition, to obtain a good signal the pulserepetition time should be selected at appropriate intervals and, delay time should be taken to5T1.Key Words: NMR and FID, Free Induction Decay, Albumin, H2O-D2O
