Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between teachers perceptions of the reputation of the schools where the work and their work alienation levels, and to determine whether teachers psychological resilience plays a mediating role in this relationship. The sample of the study consisted of 377 teachers working in public and private kindergartens, primary schools, secondary schools and high schools in Kütahya province and its districts. The data of the study were obtained using three different scales and the collected data were analysed with Jamovi 2.3.28 software. The significance level was accepted as p<.001 in the analyses. Confirmatory factor analysis was applied for the structural validity of the scales used in the study and convergent and divergent validities were checked. Cronbach Alpha (α) and McDonald's Omega () coefficients were analysed to determine the reliability of the scales and sub-dimensions. Frequencies and percentage distributions were determined fort he demographic information of the sample group. Descriptive statistics were used to examine the total scores of the scales and sub-dimensions and Pearson Correlation Analysis was used to examine the relationship between variables. Structural equation modelling was used to test the research hypotheses. As a result of the structural model analysis, it was determined that corporate reputation has a positive effect on psychological resilience and a negative effect on work alieantion. In addition, it was determined that psychological resilience has a significant negative effect on work alienation. As a result of the mediation analysis conducted with Jamovi Medmod, it was concluded that psychological resilience has a complementary mediating role in the relationship between corporate reputation and work alienation.
