Abstract (EN)
In today's business life, manpower has a great role in ensuring and maintaining success in the organizational structure, and the correct direction of this power brings efficiency and success in the organizational field. Meeting the social, psychological and physical needs of the employees within the framework of organizational culture enables them to adopt the organization and gain organizational commitment and increases their motivation. As a result of the leader's way of rewarding high-performing employees, including the employees in this process while making decisions, and creating a "family atmosphere" in general, the motivation of the employees will increase within the framework of the organizational culture, their belief in organizational justice will increase, and much more efficient work processes will emerge with high motivation. Leadership approaches should be organized and implemented within the framework of organizational culture in ensuring employee motivation. In this study; The relationship between leadership styles, organizational culture and employee motivation is examined. As a result of examining the relationship between leadership styles, organizational culture and employee motivation, it has been seen that organizational culture has an effect on motivation along with leadership styles. Leadership styles and employee motivation, it was understood as a result of the evaluations that the culture in question had a great impact. In general, organizational culture affects leadership styles, organizational commitment, motivational factors and productivity in the general work process, apart from motivation.
