Abstract (EN)

Ali al-Qari, whose works we have examined, made a significant contribution to the Islamic community during his lifetime with his studies in this field. In his works, such as 'Enwar al-Qur'an' and 'Esrar al-Furqan' as well as 'al-Jamalayn li'l-Jalalayn,' he provided beautiful examples for understanding the Qur'an. In our study, a section of these examples, namely the Mutashabih verses, has been addressed. First, a preliminary explanation about the concepts of Muhkam and Mutashabih has been provided, followed by an attempt to convey the possible meanings of these words in the context of Mutashabih verses. Before delving into the main topic, the main source of the thesis, namely 'Anwar al-Qur'an' and 'Asrar al-Furqan' as well as 'al-Jamalayn li'l-Jalalayn,' has been introduced, along with preliminary information about the author of these works, Ali al-Qari, his life, his scholarly personality, and his famous works. Finally, through observing how Ali al-Qari interpreted the Mutashabih verses in his works 'Anwar al-Qur'an' and 'Asrar al-Furqan' as well as 'al-Jamalayn li'l-Jalalayn,' a dedicated effort has been made to gather together the possible meanings, aiming to shed light on the correct understanding of some of the Qur'an's ambiguous words for future generations. To better understand the subject, the opinions of some prominent scholars in the field of exegesis have also been included in this study. The author's aim with this work is to shed light on the most accurate understanding of some of the closed words of our noble book, the Qur'an, for future generations.
