Abstract (EN)

In this study, 29 stem cell apheresis procedures performed on a total of 16 donors mobilized with two different recombinant growth factors (filgrastim; 11, lenograstim; 5) for the purpose of allogeneic peripheral blood stem cell transplantation were evaluated with regard to complications related to growth factors and of factors that influence mobilization processes. On both of the 2 groups, it has been observed that the quantity of white blood cell (p>0,05) and CD34+ cells in peripheral blood and stem cell product are the same on the 4th and 5th days of the mobilization. There was no statistical difference in the effect of age, gender and weight on mobilization process. In this study, it has been shown that lenograstim and filgrastim do not cause serious complications and have inconsiderable differences in terms of side effects. Not to mention that both of the growth factors have the equivalent cost.Key Words: Allogeneic Stem Cell Transplantation (ASCT), Mobilization techniques, Recombinant Growth Factors, Granulocyte Colony- Stimulating Factors (G-CSF)
