Abstract (EN)
Today, diagnosis and therapy of illnesses were used different methods. Especially, using of radiopharmaceutical are increasing in diagnosis and targeted therapy of tumors every day. These radiopharmaceuticals were obtained from carrier molecules labeled with radionuclides. In this study; 3-amino-2-pyrazinecarboxylic acid, 2-amino terephthalic acid, N-nitro-L-arginine, 2-amino-5-bromobenzoic acid, 4-aminohippuric acid, 2-quinolinol and 5-methoxyndole-2-carboxylic acid were labeled with Tc-99m. RTLC (Radio Thin Layer Chromatography) method was used to determine radiochemical yields.Sintigraphy studies were performed on New Zealand White rabbits and biodistribution studies were made on Albino Wistar rats. Rats were killed by ether narcotization and the organs were removed. Their activities were counted by a gamma counter. The activity per gram tissue was calculated and time activity curves were generated.
