Abstract (EN)

The goal of this research is to evaluate Turkish Language and Literature Program of the Faculty of Open Education at Anadolu University by using Context, Input, Process and Product (CIPP) Model. Mixed research method has been used and quantitative data has been collected through "Anadolu University Turkish Language and Literature Program Evaluation Questionnaire". The questionnaire is conducted online on the graduates of Turkish Language and Literature of Open Education Faculty at Anadolu University. The questionnaire is comprised of two sections. The first section involves personal information of the participants and the second section involves articles related to the program. While there are 6 articles directed to personal information, there are 60 articles related to the program for participants to express their opinion. The program evaluation section of the questionnaire involves CIPP Model's context, input, process and product dimensions and comprised of four sections. Qualitative data is collected through open-ended questions. Keywords: Open and distance learning, program evaluation, CIPP model, mixed method research
