Abstract (EN)
In this study, it was focused on control of switched reluctance motors (SRM), whose usage increase day by day in industrial application and daily life. The simulations were carried out by Matlab Simulink program. The loaded 6/4 SRM was controlled by controller at a reference speed and position. For speed control, at first a conventional (PID) controller was used and then Fuzzy Sliding mode controller was considered. The speed, current and torque changes of SRM was investigated and the controller's performances were compared. Similar simulations were also carried out for position control. Finally, all simulation results were compared each other. Key Words: Switched Reluctance Motor, Controller, PID, Fuzzy Sliding
