A research on the innovation applications in the themed and design hotels with five stars in the centrum of Antalya

Innovation; is the meaning of creating and improving of the differentiated ideas and applying them. Those ideas can aim to find a solution for an issue that has not been answered, or to meet with the market needs those have not been served and also innovation can aim to transfer existing goods and services in to more useful way that people can get more efficient benefits from it.The innovation has became one of the most important strategic way of the business in last years in all sectors. Hotel businesses should not stay out of innovative trend; hotels should take step and should apply innovation in goods and services. Most of the hotel businesses don?t experience the resources problems, however they are not aware of innovation applications those can be used with existing resources. The aim of this study is research on the innovation applications of themed and design hotel businesses and to create a source for literature.The study tried to be taken care of the issue in a wide perspective to examine the innovation applications of hotel businesses and to find out the level of innovativeness. The study has three main parts. The concept of innovation has been searched in first part.The second part of the study divided in to two steps, service departments of hotel businesses has been detailed in first step, innovation applications in hotel businesses has been searched in the second step.The third and last part of the study is application part of hotel businesses, research within the framework of innovation applications in themed and design hotel businesses have been detailed to assess in application part of this study.
