Superior performance analysis and solution proposals of roads in Muratpaşa District of Antalya

Today, Exposure of highways to more traffic, increasing load carrying capacities of vehicles and environmental impacts such as climate conditions and geographic location are the investigation subjects. On this topic researchers are investigating to solve the encountered problems and to achieve better design methods. Highway construction required high investments. If the pavements after construction not inspect and keep maintenance on the time regularly, the pavement should be renewed before the lifespan service of the pavement finish. The Present Pavement Management System with the specific budget trying to keep the better maintenance and improvement programs. In this thesis; in order to analyze the distortions occurring on the superstructure of road, necessary measurements have been made and also the cost efficiency numbers have been calculated and performance analysis have been made. Depending on the result obtained, in the flexible superstructure coating layers used in the region and maintenance priority list has been prepared about the roads studied. Thus, it is aimed to use the existing economic resources in the most efficient way.
