Abstract (EN)
Daha sonra doldurulacaktır.The present study establishes a foundation for understanding and enhancing how coaches can contribute to the sports sector by thoroughly investigating their entrepreneurial intentions. The objective is to demonstrate their potential not only through athletic achievements but also as active entrepreneurs who have established their own businesses, developed new projects, and influenced the transformation of existing structures. This represents a shift from being merely part of the system to becoming agents of change. The absence of a measurement tool to assess coaches' entrepreneurial intentions in the field of sports necessitated the development of such a scale for Turkish sports. The study sample consisted of 311 coaches, 44.4% of whom were female (n=138) and 55.6% of whom were male (n=173). The data obtained from the participants was collected through the administration of a personal information form and the administration of the developed inventory. The findings indicated that the inventory had a KMO value of 0.765, and Bartlett's Test of Sphericity yielded χ² = 2586.980; df=276; p<.05. This inventory accounts for 65.79% of the total variance. The results of the confirmatory factor analysis demonstrated that the model exhibited acceptable goodness-of-fit indices (χ²/df=2.031, RMSEA=.058, GFI=.890, IFI=.902, CFI=.901). In addition, the inventory demonstrated a high degree of discriminative power, with a Cronbach's Alpha reliability coefficient of α=0.776. A thorough analysis of the Cronbach's Alpha reliability coefficients, calculated for the inventory and its sub-dimensions, confirmed the validity and reliability of the 24-item inventory, which consists of seven sub-dimensions.
