Abstract (EN)

This study examines the effects of coaches' artificial intelligence literacy on career determination. The impact of artificial intelligence technologies in the field of sports is increasing and affecting the professional development of coaches. When coaches make career decisions, understanding artificial intelligence technologies plays an important role in allowing them to be more conscious and flexible in their career planning. The aim of this study is to evaluate the relationship between coaches' career determination and artificial intelligence literacy. Artificial intelligence literacy helps coaches develop their professional skills and plays an important role in determining their career goals. When coaches have knowledge about artificial intelligence technologies, they can make more conscious choices in their careers and direct their careers more efficiently. However, incomplete knowledge about artificial intelligence can lead to coaches experiencing indecision in their careers and negative consequences of not being able to evaluate opportunities. As a result, this study emphasizes the importance of artificial intelligence literacy in coaches' career decisions. It is seen that artificial intelligence training should be increased so that coaches can take more effective and healthy steps in their careers. Developing artificial intelligence literacy in the fields of sports education and career guidance contributes to coaches being more successful in their professions.
