Abstract (EN)
With the acceleration of mobile internet, remote monitoring, remote control and artificial intelligence systems have started to appear in every part of our life. As in every field, many studies have been carried out in the field of medicine, and articles and theses have been written on this subject. Worldwide, there are more than five thousand articles, theses, seminars and unpublished works in this field. These studies are very important in terms of both facilitating people's lives and reducing hospital expenses. Also, governments encourage and support this kind of work, as they believe that the health expenses that make them cringe will decrease significantly with this kind of work. Other reasons that make mobile patient tracking systems attractive are that they are low in cost, easy to use, and have almost no health problems. Although these systems have not yet been used today, the prevalence of studies on this subject, the serious support of governments and the intensification of R&D studies show that these systems will be widely used in the future. We hope that the heart disease detection and Mobile ECG tracking system with Fuzzy Logic, which we will do in this thesis, will contribute to the studies in this field, albeit a little. It will be a study in which the smartphone, which is now a part of our lives, will be used together with the Fuzzy Logic algorithm, especially the Mediadive Fuzzy Logic algorithm, which has emerged recently and is thought to be successful in the field of medicine, wireless data transmission, biosensors and also a database in which biodata will be stored. With this Work; ▪ In the name of heart and circulatory disorders, the data to be obtained from sick or healthy people (patient databases will be used for the ECG data to be used in the project) will be evaluated instantly with the help of sensors, artificial intelligence algorithms with fuzzy logic, and it will be determined whether the person is healthy or at what level of the disease. ▪ We will try to determine whether fuzzy logic will work in the diagnosis of heart disease or how successful it will be in this field. ▪ It will be determined how successful or really successful the Mediative Fuzzy Logic system, which has been introduced recently, is against the Normal Fuzzy Logic system.
