Abstract (EN)

Nowadays it is possible to determine the sufficiency of products and process designs in virtual environment with the developing technology. In this study, the modeling of a vehicle sliding door's track component's production by stretch forming by using the finite element method and the verification of the results by physical part were studied. The aim of the study is to develop a method to determine the problems that may occur before the physical parts production stage. The study involves the steps of creating a finite element model for the production of a track by stretching forming by using a package finite element software, obtaining input data for simulation and developing a method for verifying simulation results.
